Web Designers & Developers ! Bulk & Ongoing Work

Hi I am looking for an individual freelancer or a small team (Preferably Indian- Strongly preferred) who can work with small budgets to do web designing and development and graphic designing regularly and in a decent bulk, something like 100-200 hours of work every month, may be more. You must be skilled in: Flash and Actionscript Dreamweaver Photoshop PHP ASP Javascript Graphic Design HTML .NET Paypal and Amazon services Etc We prefer to pay through bank transfer (domestic Indian) and communicate through mobile phones once the project is awarded. The budget is currently not 100% decided but will be something on these lines: Logos/Banners $5-10 MAX Dynamic non Flash Template $15-20+- Static non Flash Template $10-15+- Dynamic Flash Template $25-35+- 5-10 page PHP website with Template without Flash $20-30 5-10 page website with Flash $30-50 However, you will get at least 1-2 websites every week, can even be 3-4 websites a week sometimes. You will get work worth at least 200-400 USD every month, but it won't be very well paying. So we prefer freshers, preferably individual freelancing Indians!
