For Sale By Owner Real Estate Site

I have a project that was posted here a couple of weeks ago and have not gotten a solid offer.

Before you bid, please note: I do not give a Deposit on any work upfront (BEWARE OF CLINT DIXON SEM-SEO-PROS, as he took money and did not do what he said he was going to do). The total amount due will be paid INFULL unpon 100% Completion Of Work.

I have a template for the site which just needs to be modified, I have some srcipts but they also need to be modified to add features I want on the site. I am looking to have this completed in a short period of time.

Here is what the site will have:

This is a For Sale By Owner Web Site Which people who have real estate to sell will come and list there Real Estate For Sale simular to FSBO dot com , There will be listings for Residential, Commercial, as well as Rentals for Houses, Apartments , Vacation Properties, and Commercial Property, the residentail properties will offer a FREE listing while the others will require a payment and these payments will be processed through a online provider which you will plug into their system.

The site will have a section Called " Property Listed By Realtors" , this area will allow realtors to list their featured property up to say 8-10 listings under their names.

The site should have a inter site e-mail system so that sellers and buyers can communicate without having an outside e-mail listed, within the e-mail will be banner ads which we will supply and these will be a form of advertising,

Sellers and Realtors should be able to modify their listings on their own

The initial listings for a seller of a house will be 90 days, after 80 days the seller should get a renewal notice asking them to sign on and renew or the house will go automaticly to SOLD and the account terminated so that if people forget or do not come back to terminate the account they are no longer active and taking up space, just listed as SOLD on the web site for the next 30 days.

I have some standard software scripts that need to be modified to work as above. There will be links etc. added to the pages.
