view ebay hidden bidders on auctions

Looking for someone who can make a program or something, to view the hidden bidders on ebay, closed auctions. There was a bug last year, and it appears that there is one now, but nobody seems to have it.. atleast that's what they say. Willing to pay 1000.00 EUR, but i will need to verify that it works. Only serious freelancers...
HINT: if anyone knows [url removed, login to view] from the ebay API.. i think it has something to do with this..
