XFileSharing script modifications and integration

I am looking for Perl/PHP developer, ideally with good experiences with XFileSharing script ([login to view URL]). Main modifications in brief: 1)Folders modification - I want to modify linking to folders - the links should be in this format [login to view URL] Folder page will not contain links to other folders of uploader (can be modified in template). 2)Files upload - If file larger than 2048 MB is uploaded, server will split the file to 2000 MB parts with RAR (without compression) and give user link to folder, where all the parts will be available for download. 3)Payment gate and user registration - Payment gate and user registrations will have to be integrated with my video hosting website, which is based on modified clipshare pro script written in php. Users who register account or buy premium on my video hosting website will get account also at file sharing site and vice versa. The payment gateway is ready in php on my video hosting site, you will have to rewrite it to Perl and use it on the file sharing site. 4)Affiliate system - I want to use a little bit different affiliate system than the built one in XFileSharing script. It is also already written in php for my video hosting site. Users will be paid percentage from reffered sales, no matter whether they uploaded the files or not. The affiliate program will be also integrated with video hosting website as user registrations and premium status. There are few more tiny modifications, which need to be also done.
