Joomla 1.0 upgrade to 1.5 and fix past coder upgrade failure

Job: Upgrade 2 joomla websites from version 1.0 to the latest version 1.5. All content and functions need to remain the same. The templates need to look the same. This site uses basic content, pay special attention to module 17-19 as they show the images on the right-hand side. mosListMessenger 2.0.9 [login to view URL] (this was purchased and will need to be relicensed ?€" I will install this one later after upgrade if needed) BSQ Sitestats 2.2.3 [login to view URL] (currently not fully installed but would like it to be functional after the upgrade, requires adding some code to the template) THE ALLVIDEOS PLUGIN v2.x (by [login to view URL]) (simple install) JoomlaXplorer (simple install) Site 2: [login to view URL] Allvideos plugin BSQ Sitestats ( not currently installed but would like in installed and working after upgrade. Requires adding code to the template. I had a coder try to upgrade this recently and some how completely messed it up, now the site doesn't even come up, the [login to view URL] file seems to be missing. I have back ups of some of the files.
