Making Video composer

**Video Simulator** I wants a Software or web application from which I can Capture Video from my web Cam and White Board. Like One video Spitted in Parts one showing Video of Camera, and another part showing White board activity and I wants option when to use white board to capture and when to capture from Web cam or recorder and can run both simultaneously.
