PHP web photo gallery with slideshow + comments

Deliverable: 1) Custom PHP web photo gallery that displays user-uploaded images from a MySQL database on a dynamic webpage. 2) Create slide show feature 3) Create User Comments section for each photo gallery index 4) Create keywords section 5) Create working web page "Gallery Index" with photo gallery app, comments and keywords sections installed, and includes header and footers. 6) Create separate upload/edit images Utility Page. 7) Create interim database for testing photos and comments. Must be able to demo in progress and thoroughly tested final app on your own server and then install on mine. Graphic design + sample photos will be provided. App must be scalable, use current best practices, thoughtfully commented, clean code. Action: Site members will have up to 100 individual galleries. Visitors select a gallery from master list, which loads Gallery Index page, clicking a thumbnail swaps target image. Clicking target image displays slideshow. (Description below). When browser window is resized, thumbs and target image scale and re-wrap, so target image's biggest size possible (to be determined by monitor) is displayed Switch to "Slideshow" button/link "Breadcrumb" text navigation at top left. Gallery nav buttons above images (so they always stay in the same place regardless of target image size): "Previous", Current image ("6 of 22"), "Next", Current page ("1 of 3"), + nav to other gallery pages Captions section centered beneath target image Key words section below, lists user-defined keywords called up from database Comments section bottom of each index page. Comments Entry section has: Name, Email, Text field, random text field (Captcha) anti-bot validation (or possibly rotating question to respond to).
