The project is mainly a conversion of an already purchased licensed copy and free open source applications into several modules that are suitable for the seagull framework ([login to view URL]) with a single login and follow all the rules and standards, coding style and design for building modules on the seagull framework, and PHP 5. In addition, there are one or two added features for each module to fit the applications we are building.
Applications that required conversion into modules:
These applications will be converted into modules with all its features into a seagull type of modules, including the user permissions and roles, data access layer (seagull uses Pear library for data access layer, which need conversion too), admin areas (place then under seagull admin), as well as a complete development of a theme and a website design for our application, etc…
There are five scripts that you need to integrate completely into this Seagull format framework ([login to view URL]) you are basically might need to rewrite/remodel the scripts to fit this framework. You also need to create an entire design for the whole application (the integrated application) with all the CSS changes, graphic designs ( including images), flash, and everything that is going to make it very impressive site and ready for operation. You need to create one theme that consistence within all modules.
Here are the scripts that you need to completely integrate.

Plus few more features need to be added to every module to link them to the advertisement and job postings modules. Detail requirement will be discussed later (this requirement is small to medium complexity)
I am on a firm and tight budget where I can only get the money once. So please make sure you provide your firm bid (not by the hour, or by week, or by month costs, only the complete cost is accepted for this bid) and the period that it will take you to complete the whole project.
I suggest you read and play with the seagull framework, prior you making your bid to understand the scope of this project, where you can provide a more logical bid.
