Sending EMAILS - BLASTING

We are looking for the company who have the experience of doing Email Blast. You will have to ensure that all the emails go to the INBOX not as spam. We have to 10,000,000 emails. We will give this work in the block of 10,000 emails weekly. We are looking for the Individual or the company that can perform this work. Lowest Bidder will get the work. So Bid properly We will have you do Trial of 500 emails. If they get in to the Inbox you will win the project. BID as per every 1000 emails delivered in the Inbox. IP address used to send the emails should be of USA. We will provide the Email List You will be able to provide us the detailed reports. EMAIL IS IN THE HTML FORMAT ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
