New business start up - website and design

Hi I am starting a new business based around dating, I have the funding in place and I am looking for a designer/developer to create a website and some other materials for me. My business is very similar to [login to view URL] and the best way to get an idea of what I need is to assess that site. I need a website with the same functionality but a design that is creative, I will provide the content for the pages. The look and feel needs to be classy and feel "expensive". I would like the site developed in php and mysql. I also need a number of designs for the cards themselves, I will provide messages for the cards and these must come from the database so they are easy to change - this will make more sense when you look at the sample site.
