Photos on Canvas Custom Designer

I apologise to those who responded to my previous project post and I haven't dealt with it all yet, I had a close family bereavement close to a month ago, I have had to put that on hold. I am now just starting to get back in to work and need to get my own current business website functioning well before I go ahead with anything else. WHAT I NEED... I am sure there are other skill sets required than above - I don't know a lot about this except that surely there must be a way to do this. I would like to get a plugin designed for my website (where I sell photos printed on canvas and do design) that is similar concept at least, to the plugins below, but allows the client to upload their photo or photos on to the website in their own login, and select the size of the canvas print they would like and select a specific template I have made (e.g. different storyboards) and get to see what their photo/s are going to look like before they hit the purchase button. Most of the big canvas printing companies offer this facility, I need to be able to compete with the big boys - despite being a very small one man band canvas printing business. I can't offer a huge budget, but going on this being $25USD to purchase, surely there is something that can be done/adapted to achieve what I am hoping for, without it costing thousands?? Have selected 30-250 USD bracket, but half expect it be more and thats ok - just let me know your best realistic price.
