PHP Developer for web application needed

Please read the following very carefully, as this project is quite specific and needs a particular set of skills. I have a mobile application written in PHP that I need a longterm, devoted, skilled, and strong communicator to take over. This application is heavy in HTTP Requests and Jsons/ Json strings, as it is a bot for another mobile application (more on that later), and also uses a MySQL database to license. The program is almost complete, however it needs some work as there are some bugs and other issues that need to be solved. What I am looking for is someone to get acquainted with my source code, make the necessary changes, and build enough understanding that they can do updates (paid) in the future. It is for this reason that you must be: A strong communicator in english Be committed to provide longterm (paid) support Be extremely knowledgeable in PHP applications, especially since there may be a need to compile to a desktop application using a program such as exeoutput. Please dont bother applying if you are a project manager or weak in english. A more detailed list of what needs to be done will be provided upon request/hire. I expect reliability and frequent communication as there will do doubt be a learning period, most important to me is reliability as this will be a long term relationship that will be very profitable for you.
