set up existing script on server: you need php/python skills

I have a working functional code that works, however I need minor things updated to it and to just make sure it's set up and works on a new server I'm going to get.

The script requires beautiulsoup3, curl, php,python2.6(or 2.7), php, and a webserver

There is a config file there named "[url removed, login to view]" where we can add the API keys. To get the api keys just login your gmail account and go to "[url removed, login to view]" and turn on "Custom Search API", get the API keys by clicking the "API Access" then copy the API key. I have 40 google gmail accounts I need you to add, I already have like 25 that this script should contain already.

But here is what it does:

It looks up keywords on google using the api and scrapes websites that match certain criteria I have set it for, it then runs it through [url removed, login to view] to ensure it meets a certain alexa ranking and then it will post results in csv file and it won't give any duplicates.

No code needs fixing, but I remember when the programmer who made it (which doesn't exist anymore for some reason, he hasn't worked on odesk in 3 months and doesn't reply to emails so I'm stuck having to find a new person) he had to install some programs to make sure it worked on the computer which I'm not good with.

So that's the job, no programming per say, just setting it up, and adding the 40 google email api's and making sure it works so you should be a php programmer just in case something needs adjusting and this all makes sense. The one thing I want to be able to change myself is the alexa ranking value. So I want you to show me how I can just do that myself which I think is supposed to be easy.

Obviously when I hire you or if you are serious about the job, I can send you the code first so you can review before you take the job.
