mutilingual Website

I will not need this done until after completion of my website. I have a realtor website that will be finished in the next few weeks. I am looking for the site to be multilingual. I want for site visitors that speak other languages besides english to be able to translate the site. The languages would include as many different languages as possible. The main would be spanish, german, french, italian I would also like several others. I really do not know if this project would be better off split into individual projects ot not. Open to suggestions. I really just want as many major languages as possible. Please let me know as this project would begin the end of July. I have the site nothing needs to be done there. I will have a fully functioning site that I want site visitors to be able to view the complete site in the language they speak. I am using a listing manager from [login to view URL] It will basically look like the following website except strictly for only realtors. [[login to view URL]][1] This site was built with listing managers. I would need to be able to be viewed all languages in the text they speak. I have not done anything regarding changing text etc. Please remember it will not be ready until August but if I get the right bid I will secure the project. You can use this as a guide to see if it will be possible and also how much.
