Create Similar Site (Details inside) - repost

I'm looking for a similar site as:\r\ntoronto*food*[login to view URL]\r\nRemove the * from the URL.\r\nIt will be for my own city though.\r\n\r\nI want a nice modern flat design. I don't want it to look exactly like that site, but same type of layout and function.\r\nI want to be able to add 'trucks', which will create a new page for them, and enter their website/twitter/facebook, and information about them.\r\nI also want it so basically each page/truck is it's own account. I want the owners to be able to log into their control panel, so they can edit their own details, where they are, specials, etc.\r\nI want it to list their lastest tweets on the front page, just like the above one. The food trucks on the front page would be displayed randomly. But I'd like an option to make 1-3 of them "Featured" at the top, if I select it in the control panel.\r\n\r\nI need a map just like the one on that site. I would like, if possible, something even cooler. I don't know what, but I'd like something new and more advanced than anything out there. Would have to show details with a mouse over. Wouldn't mind if I had a logo that would be used on the map, so people know what it is before they click it, or mouse over it. The location details will be from their profile, they'll update it with where they are.\r\n\r\nAlso, I don't know much about GPS, but I'd like to know what kind of options I have with tracking trucks with GPS, so results are updated live. What would need to be done for this? If they had a phone with GPS enabled, would we be able to track it?\r\n\r\nI'd like all the trucks to be listed under 'trucks' in the menu.\r\nI'd also like to have a link for "Type of food". So when I add a new truck, I will enter the type, mexican, chinese, pizza, etc. So the menu will filter the trucks fitting what they want.\r\n\r\nI'd like visitors to be able to register, even if by facebook, and rate the food trucks as well.\r\n\r\nThis needs to be very professional looking. \r\n\r\nThank you for your bid.
