I need to create a wordpress website out of a 16 page Brochure

Greetings thanks for taking the time to read about and apply to this gig.
I have a brochure that is currently 16 pages long for a private lessons business where the brochure is there to learn about the biz and then to see the trainers and pick one to train with.
The brochure we have as a PDF and all the individual pages within it as PSD we have as well.
It is HUGE, so I will not upload it here unless it will really make a big difference in the bids, which i don't think is the case.
Anyway, the website will be pretty simple layout, an about us page, why martial arts training, how it works, our trainers, contact us but there are like 8 or 9 trainers that they need to be able to look at and choose from.
For the home page of the website, we can literally just place the cover there exactly as on the brochure.
For the inside pages, the only change we need is that we want to be able to display a video on each page. We are thinking of putting in a youtube playlist for trainers with multiple videos... only a few of the trainers have multiple videos though, but it would be good to have this feature for now.
For contact us page, we will need put the back cover of the brochure, and t hen beneath it just add a simple form where they can email us and send us a message.
Also, we are thinking of building this with a responsive theme from Elegant Themes, hopefully you know how to work with these.
Maybe there is a better solution that you can recommend?
We need to get this job done for as little as possible at this point in time and as such we are looking for minimal customization, we just need those PSD's individually turned into pages on the site. The Our Trainers tab is the only drop down tab where they can see the names of all the trainers listed.
Please have some examples of previous similar work that you have done to help give us an example of what the final result could look like.
