Redesign of existing Cloud Computing community portal.

I am currently owning a website which is basically a technical group of a rare technology . It has 8 features developed using open source mainly - blog ( wordpress ), events ( wordpress ), freelance ( a php script ), articles (mediawiki), along with photo / video gallery and couple of more ( company portfolio ). I now need a company which can design and develop a new look for this website. These mainly includes: a) Design of new screens for all the views mentioned above. b) Login to the site enable with FB, twitter and linkedIn user accounts. c) Customization of wordpress themes to create amazing app for blog , portfolio , photo video gallery etc. d) Include a feature like that in [login to view URL] ( where user can post to his/her FB , twitter wall ) from my webiste page. e) Copyrights, content writer, SEO , link building, marketing etc I have mentioned the implement way above for better understanding as i would like to have this redesign real fast i.e, within 20 days.
