I purchases over 175 .co generic named domains and now am looking to work with a SEO expert with someone to develop mini websites for each of these domains. I've heard great things about word press and want to develop in it. This investment securing the domains was over $5,00USD. I'm only looking for someone who is willing to work on this for a small stipend until I generate revenue. Primarily the job will be getting these mini websites up and going for each site. Drive organic traffic to the site and optimize per Google requirements.
This role will be primarily over generating web sites for each of the domains and SEO for building value in the names which at some point will be worth a large sum of money. Working with writers are content providers.
Initially, I will lead getting business who are in the industries that the .co domains are located to lease a domain for a small amount of money for a year. I will hire sales crew to solicit our domains on the web. The names are great so finding a competitive company to do business shouldn't be too much work. In return for their rent. We will build the links and the web site. Driving traffic to the domain which we own and they lease. After one year, The price will be based on the free market demand that the traffic we have created will have added value. Again this where the freelancer hired will get most of their income. So if you don't have faith in the idea do not apply.
Second phase are some of the domain names lend themselves to valuable leads for attorneys, medical professionals and other high ticket businesses. We will build a content rich website for them and sales these leads at a premium.
That's my vision. So what I'm looking to do is build a virtual team. A person over SEO wordpress operations, A great source of content and I will lead our sales efforts.
In your reply you mus state how much of a stipend required for you to start working on templates and strategy for each of the 175 .co addresses. This will be a lot of work so it's best for an upcoming expert.
Revenue for the company and designer will come from the modest rent we charge and, after we develop the lead generating sites, larger revenue will come. To summarize, this job is for someone with vision. Who is not expecting to get paid until our work produces a profit. The better our websites, using Google standards, the better our chances of making money over the years to come.
