Simple Wordpress Blog Design - WANT Talented Designers

I am looking for talented web designers who are able to create a Wordpress theme whose work is on par to professionals online and is able to create a simple Wordpress theme related to Finances/Money. We're looking for a web designer who is able to create a theme similar to [login to view URL], but users are able to distinguish that they are different designs. When bidding for this project, you are not only bidding to make the design, you are bidding to make the whole package. In other words, provide the web design, adding simple functionalities, creating buttons, logo design, and other essentials. When bidding on this project, you are bidding to complete all my needs which may include adding simple functionalities like creating a custom login screen, creating a professional looking email subscription box, creating unique buttons for social networks, and etc on the way, until we believe the web site is fully functional and operating.
