I am in the process of finishing off the final stages of the UI design and layout for a new website i am looking to create. It is based around a social experience and dating networking site not yet seen elsewhere. It has a minimalist look to it and the sign-up user interface needs to be simple and quick to sign up. I have the layout complete in .psd files and can be manipulated as necessary with pre-approval. I am looking for someone with previous experience in database creation with a view to permanency if successful. Must have strong PHP/Apache and MySQL skills. Experience with implementation of Facebook/Twitter API's Previous experience with Adobe Cirrus (aka Stratus) would be highly desirable as i am looking to implement video based chat.
