The Vines RV Resort Reservations / Front Desk Panel

This website is for an RV Resort and i am open to suggestions on the platform that i use. I am looking into using a package from this website which is an addon for joomla: [login to view URL] We will need the ability to add / edit RV spots. and have a front desk control panel able to edit and make reservations. I would like it to resemble [login to view URL] in design, and functions. The main pages will consist of: A map page which shows the property and all the different locations for rent. I would like the option of choosing a date range and having the map highlight the spots in which are available for that specific time, and the ones that are not. I would also like to include a price in this highlighted area as well as booking button. I'm thinking we will use an image for the map in the background of a div and then use absolutely positioned elements, css, and jquery to create the semi transparent hover over image on the map with the price, book now button, and potentially some dynamically loaded data from the specific rv spots description / portfolio. Maybe use a custom field type thing on the page where we edit the info about that spot. An availability calender / search similar to [login to view URL]'s online reservations box process on their homepage. So once the user selects their dates on the homepage box and clicks book now, the following page with the descriptions will have the option of viewing in the format labellasera uses, or switching to the map view. We will need the option for customers to ad addons to their order just like labellasera.com. If its not too difficult i would like the addons to be added in a shopping cart style method, so if the customer switches rooms they will still keep the addons they have added. if that's too difficult i can live without it. after a payment / reservation is complete, the customer needs to be sent an email, including all the information about their purchase, our contact information, and the checkout process. I would like the ability for users to check in via the website, and for the front desks control panel to show whether a room is checked in or out. I was thinking of having a page for the front desks control panel that displays all the rooms in a list and says whether the customer is checked in or out, with the option to change the status. We will also need an events calender on the homepage, and a page which shows upcoming events. The rest of the site should be mostly informational, and i can deal with all that, but i would be looking to get all the things that i stated above professionally developed, along with a basic stylesheet and layout for the site.
