torent alert list

I need a website that does the following: But first: you should integrate the design wich i will provide. - the website will generate an allert list automatically integrated with mailchimp api!!! - somebody just choses a movie and a format for the torrrent: Poor quality( cam, ts sync etc) Normal quality( dvdrip) HighQuality( BdRp etc) - we search the torent websites MANUALLY!!! and check the quality. when we find a movie that is release at a quality specified and is not a fake we allert the user by sending him a email thrue mailchim api and with a download link to the torrent. - the website has to acces the IMDB api!!! or a very similar api so when we type in the search box a title is suggested and even better a title and a pictures is suggeste as we type in. Similar to isohunt and imdb or google. - the search it reveals a title and maybe a youtube trailer plus an Add to Wachlist button. - as for the website: there is a home page almost identically like [login to view URL] just that is for movied. - there is a trailers page where someone can check the latest trailers in HD( pulled out from IMDB or youtube api at your choice) are arrange them nicely similar to IMDB. IF someone likea a trailer just add it to the WachList Extremely similar to IMDB watchlist but stil different so we wont have any patent issues.(please check this wachlist and say in the bid: "i have check the IMDB watchlist and know what it is". I will not accept bids without this quated! - there is a blog page tied to a wordpress but i will do the installation etc. - it must be tied to a help service(live) but i do not know this service at this moment User account: - of course anybody that wich to use our service must make an account with his email and [login to view URL] will have the choice to login with facebook of course where the permissions is basic info, wall posts, email me. - if he logs in he will have a account page where he will have the options of his account and his watchlist of trailers or titles. - the options of his account are that that he can disable mailing newsletter but still be a member. Delete his [login to view URL] only a certain quality and always check only that quality ex:DVdrip, or dvdrip+brrip - delete movies from his watchlist. Admin account: - there will be an admin age too. - multiple admins allowed - this page, beside the back end! will have the funcionality needed for an employee to see all the title requested and pending. - the possibily to sort then based on the number of request on the same title. For ex: if he sees that Transformers 3 was added 1000 times in the wachlists and X Files just 3 times he will be able to search for the correct torrent...... first for transformers, .......no matter of the dates when the titles were added. - once he find a title and adds a download link next to it the title moves to another list of complete title tasks. - there should be some other tags like: reported as fake: even if we find a good torrent after we added to the DB it's source has chenge and is a fake - reported as spammy or with virus inside: if a user reported or several have that there are viruses inside, it must be flaged immediatly, based on a minimal number of tags or similar algorithm. NB:The core functionality is up there. Please do not bit if you are not a flexible guy and accept some 20-30 % changes during dev, in a fair-trade manner of course. But the specs are not fully made so be gentile. - i run a 9 dev team and this project is a side one from our main activity. Please bit if you have strong experience and good technical skills.
