Update Website from OLD to NEW

I am looking for someone who can build the base skeleton redesign of our company website. I am looking to take the CURRENT website: [login to view URL] and redesign it to function more like this site: cesiumonline.com. The core ecommerce website still has to remain as it has been for now but we are looking to have a new face to the site. a PSD will be provided for each main page (product page, home page, product category master page) to which the design has to be created based on PSD provided. It has to be HTML 5 and user interface should be quite similar in intuitive design as the second site shown. I am looking for this to be done no later then end of August. Please provide quote and timeframe. All artwork WILL be provided as requested. This is a very time sensitive project and requires a fast paced programmer. Current merchant software being used is: SunShop Version: 4.2.7 (if newer version of sunshop is required please advise as we must make sure that our backend accounting intengration does NOT get affected). I am NOT looking for any product data entry. Only 1 dummy category and 1 dummy product to see that it functions as needed.
