Hi pearlisys, We are not sure how keen you are to work on this project , anyways as per the questions asked by you, we would like to keep it simple and say don't use pre-made scripts as in future you need to depend on the original developer for any massive changes, as they know the entire flow, so if you are willing to start a business of your's get a custom code done for you which can be made copyright too. Regarding server for start-up you can move on with a shared hosting server, and invest the balance amount for marketing purpose, and when you start getting viewers upgrade your server to a dedicated one having minimum of 4GB Ram / 4 core cpu / 100TB Bandwidth.
