wanted sincere, fast, expert, full time freelancer for my custom php project

hi are you full time expert custom php developer? expert designer? if yes how many hours you will spend on my project daily ??? i want fast results with quality work.... please read these details and tell me time and price. Thanks 1. free membership is already there, i want to add paid membership option too and the payment method should be direct to bank account via all famous gateways, like paypal, master card etc. and add option in admin panel to make users premium members of site. and make the option in admin to select the amount to be paid and time, so admin can select as he wants to make. also there should be option to create multiple premium plans. as others site and i think a developer has better idea about it. 2. adding featured ads style different and attractive. 3. adding badges to ads, like; Urgent, Fixed, Negotiable, Full Service History , Under Warranty etc. and this option also should be added to admin panel. so admin can create different badges for different categories and sub catogories with the option of making badges paid from admin. 4. all over design changes like color changes, buttons changes, adding specific fonts for specific areas etc. 5. social login (fb. twitter. google. Linkedin) and social sharing 6. making newly added ads should be appeared on home page without refreshing page. 7. adding option in admin panel to delete and add users in site. 8. notification symbol is already there in site, but need to have an attractive symbol for notifications, and once a member gets a message from buyers , he should get notification sound too, like freelancer or fb etc 9. adding poster name to ads on main ads page too, but free members name will be appeared only, and paid members logo can be placed there too, and once users click on his name, they should be redirected to all ads from that member, 10. changes ads style and options in main and single posts pages. i mean if we need to add some functions to our main ads style or single post page, we can do tht too... 11. in admin panel we should have all users information, contact number, profile infor, there favorites, sent messges and inbox and also we should have option to remove them and edit them etc from admin panel. 12. in admin panel thier should be an option to send messages to all or specific members, thier should auto sent messages system in admin panel to all users in admin panel. and thier should be option for auto sent messages for thier birthday and other ocasional messages , and we should have that option in our admin panel. like if we select birthday message in admin, it should take all members birthday automatically and send them them site messages and wished with the option to send them attractive pics, and it should automatically sent to them on thier birthdays. 13. user account and all related tab should be designed properly and make changes to make them attractive. also need to make profile pic attracitve way in profile settings... and ads should be shown in specific categories in user active ads tab, pending ads, removed ads, sent, inbox, and may favorites tabs... manage them prperly and make the attractive... 14. adding option in admin panel to block bad words on site. also need to add confirmaion account via text message ... and add the option in admin panel, so admin can active that option and deactive .... Note: all changes and functions of site should be done with 100% satisfaction, and it will be developer responsibilty to check all the functions. 15. add option to admin panel. so admin can add other pages to site, where admin can ad, photos albums, texts, videos etc ... there could be other changes time by time, if there is any other changes, we can include them too.... and we can reasonably price that. my website: [login to view URL]
