Web Developer Needed - Website that searches my databse and gives results

Requirements: The front side will let users go online and select different criteria that will enable them to search the back end database. This will then produce results from my back end database. So its basically a front end search page that will search my database and produce the results. Description: So basically my database will have fields that I will populate. Without giving too much away let me make it simple. Let's use people as an example. So in my database I will have all the required info for different people. Let's keep it basic and say Name, Surname, Location, Age, Sex and Place of Birth. Now the front side will be as follows. The user will go to the web address, and they will be able to select their option from a drop down in the different categories above. So for example they will select John, Smith, Johannesburg, 32, Male, Johannesburg. This will then search the database and spit out all the results. In this case it would be one result me. But the user can also just select male, Johannesburg and leave the rest blank. This will then result in all the matching males from joburg in my database and give the user the results.
