WOC Website Procode - repost

Must finish a WOC website... War Operations Center on a PROFESSIONAL scale, is %80 completed. Requires a coder that will not go insane and shoot them self part way through the completion process LOL This WOC will be for all games BF3 has been coded and ready for completion. It will have administrated servers and many servers in correspondence. It has been coded with a protocol abstraction layer ready for expansion. Need reactor and may include future contracts. ;) I expect a demo presentation, and would appreciate any and all skills that you posses as a coder. Thanx for your time, and please no amateurs this is a pro code job. This website is not hosting servers it is controlling servers and in game commands by administrator to kick, ban, move, and kill will all be do-able through the WOC. The reactors are in part based to control different types of servers such as Battlefield 3, Call of Duty, Medal of Honor, etc. and they are in part script support for the War Operation Center itself, and will handle events by it's self pushed by the server such as anti-swear policies. It's a mult-game, multi-platform, multi-administrator, web based version of procon. It's a direct concurrent of procon as well as other remote control software servers. Administrators can admin from any platform, any device with access to the web. Cel phone can chat with gamers on servers and use administrative commands. War Operations center permits global administrative sytems.... which otherwise voids the need for owners to be online 24/7. Global admins are allowed in any WOC controlling sever to resolve situations. War Operations center notices global administrators in case a situation is detected and no admin is online the War Operation Center will call on a global administrator. The War Operations Center also has a more though-out cheat measure set and can do cross-comparisons across multiple servers, users abusing the system can be detected and banned on all servers in the War Operations Center in a single step.
