Hi I am looking for a program to upload/download and view MS Word/Excel documents on-line to be put on a website.
It must also be able to make changes while the file is on-line and save changes. All other document formats like pdf to be uploaded/downloaded and viewed only.
It must be password protected and that the file/files to be uploaded/downloaded be user assigned - meaning I log in and upload download files that are assigned to my user login and no-one else other than the administrator can see those files.
An administrator must be set to view all documents and assign new username logins.
Payment is on completion only must be pre-loaded onto FTP and working.
Payment can be made available through Paypal or on GAF.
