Simple web development (WordPress preferred)

I need you to create a fully editable WordPress template that includes: ***Front End*** 10 x landing pages LP #1 - see attachment (html will be provided by us to the awarded freelancer) LP #2 - design will be similar to LP #1 but also need you to add login fields (username and password) as well as facebook, google+ and linkedin connect (i.e. user can connect without typing any user name and password but will connect through his/her facebook, g+ or linkedin) LP #3 - a simple clone of LP #1, I will then edit it LP #4 - will be used for facebook LP #5 - will be used for twitter LP #6 to #10 will be used for promotions (design will be similar to LP #1, I will then edit it) 1 blog 1 user page (passord protected) Forms to be created and captured include: Full name email mobile trip details (for instance, if users selects "point A = London, form called "point B" will show only a subset of pre-defined destiantions/options) a few other text forms to be defined ***Back End*** Users will be able to fully edit their profile (a picture of themselves and a few fields to be provided), to edit their trips calendar (date, time, from/to, point A, point B, 10 preference fields). Users can entry 2 or more trip per day. No trip can take place in the past. Trips can be recurrent (i.e. add button/drop down menu to select if a trip occurs avery week or every month) 1 admin page (passord protected) up to xx (>=10) administrators. The backend will need to perform the following actions/tasks (as well as other minor tasks that I might not be thinking about at the moment. reference site would be [login to view URL] though I want a better user experience and contents): - capture emails and form prefere - handle user registration + login in + password lost - handle users' trips info and preferences registration into a database - email administrators a daily report with all trips and highlight those that will occur at the same time on the same route - email a predefined email text to those users who will travel on the same route at the same time - email a predefined email text to those users whose routes partially overlap - show the selected route on an embedded google map and let users share their trip Users can share on twitter facebook and g+ any page/trip of them Site will be optimized for all major browsers as well as mobiles and tablets. Site will be SEO friendly You will integrate the site with google analytics. Project will be awarded taking into account 1) price 2) lenght 3) experience/portfolio I will pay 10% upfront and then there will be XX milestones (each one of them will last for 1 or 2 days) milestones. Each milestone will release a payment of 1/(X-1). Alternatively I will be opting for an escow account (i.e. 100% of the payment will be done day 1 to freelancer and then released ONLY when the project is completed).
