Wordpress custom CSS feature or template and zong installation and paid content area

I took on this job thinking I wasn't going to have much work and I turned out being REALLY busy this month so I need to get this done so I don't disappoint my client. Basically I just need two things done to help me out, one is to have the CSS and HTML necessary to make the 3 boxes and hover effect on this page: [login to view URL] I don't really need an elaborate template, I just need these boxes integrated into a template I have (or you can suggest a better one, I'm not too picky, but I'd like it to be a bit scalable for a simple template). In fact, I really like the basic layout of that page, but it takes me a long time to grab css from sites and get it working with wordpress. Also I need to integrate zong and I've never done it before, so for someone who has experience and can do it asap, that would be great. For zong to be installed, I'll need to have it accept payment and allow for certain wordpress content (one blog post or one page, whichever is easiest) to be viewable for 7 days after accepting payment. If you require me to post another bid request for this, let me know. I've never set up a time limit to content before, I'm pretty sure this is integrated with the zong plugin but I don't know enough about it and don't have the time to research it right now. Please explain how you plan to do this part of the site in your bid. Ideally, I would like to finish this site sometime this weekend. Site needs to be error free/ validatable code.
