Android App - NFC guard patrol with online backend

We need a guard patrol system which uses Android Smartphones with NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, that allows guards with android phones to create tour plans and scan tracking points in buildings (NFC stickers). The solution should enable to monitor the activity of guards live online and shows the location of guards in an online portal and you are alerted immediately if a guard did not arrive on time at a checkpoint or if he reported an incident (burglary, forced door, damage etc).
-UI for the App is already drawn and available for reference
