Hello. To automate the betting process as you have described, I could use Python's Selenium library to do so. I have created automation bots before, as well as many web scrapers, and I will have no trouble completing the project you have described. In case there is Captcha in place for betting (there almost always is), I will have to use a bypassing service such as DeathByCaptcha, but I have done this before. I have built screen scrapers/web scrapers which gathered current odds for specific football matches from sites like William Hill, Oddshark etc.. to help evaluate arbitrage opportunities for a client based in the United States. This project was completed using Python and MySQL. (Even though I did not automate the 'placing the bet' part it is quite simple to achieve and is within my capability.) I can make a java application that will do this via a web driver. That way it's like a human doing everything, you can also watch it run and place bets while it's at it. The selenium webdriver would be the trick :)
