I am looking for a simple piece of software for Windows desktop that will work as follows: 1) Monitor BTC-EUR pair price across multiple exchanges from this website (which offers its own API): [login to view URL] 2) Set price alerts such as: When Exchange 1 BTC-EUR pair price (e.g. Kraken) is x % bigger/ smaller (e.g. 3%) than Exchange 2 BTC-EUR pair price (e.g. Bitstamp) notify me via e-mail and on-screen. Any suggestions concerning better functionality of the app will be appreciated greatly. I am not asking for anything fancy at all, keep it as simple as possible
