Broadband Speed Checker Script

I am looking for a freelancer who have developed and has a ready code ONLY. The code/script I am looking for is Broadband Speed checker. It would ping the TCP/IP protocol and should show the following parameters: 1. Download Speed 2. Upload Speed 3. Ping rate 4. Latency It should also show standard details of user on same screen like: 1. Browser 2. IP Address 3. Machine used 4. City/Country 5. ISP Before the test results are shown there should be a pop up for customer to enter his email address with a free Infographic. Then the results should be displayed. All tests should be recorded in admin. Only one page website with code and backend and 3 banners on the same page. The website should be fully responsive and ant freelancer who have a code which can show results for 3G/4G speeds will be given preference. In that case, the standard details like Handset make and model, etc. should be recorded. We also need a survey pop up with editable question from the admin. Should show % of answers and save in admin.
