I want a site where a user can input their BTC address, then the system is using bitcoind or a bitcoin service API (developer can choose) to generate a BTC address. The user then sends bitcoin to that address and the system confirms the deposit via the BTC balance on that generated address. The system should be than sending BTC transactions to this user hourly with a specified percent of his deposit till the send amount reaches a specific level. The script should also offer a referral system where the "inviter" gets a commission based on the deposit amount of the new member, also then been send automatically in the moment the transaction is confirmed. There is no need for a specific design, bootstrap works, nothing fancy. There is no need for an admin backend, variables can be maintained in the DB or code later. Please use laravel 5.3 or 5.4.
