Build an Online Store amazon affiliated

I want to a online shopping site like amazon affiliation website which have following functions: 1- I post a ASIN or url or amazon product in posting area show image, description and all detail of amazon site but order is place on my site. 2- Customers can submit the URLs of the products they want to buy from other international websites (such as [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] ...etc) 3- My website will grab the product details ( product picture , name , price , sizes ...etc) 4-The site will automatically calculate the customs based on a defined percentage for each product category. 5-The customer can modify the color , size and price and submit it for the review of my administrators 6- My administrators will review the request and change the price if needed. 7- My customer will review the final prices and submit the final order. 8- The customer has to pay the order amount before it is considered accepted. 9- My administrator will order the products to the customer and deliver it to his address and then the order will be considered delivered. 10- The interface should be nice looking and responsive
