We are a startup/concept needing to develop a website that provides a local real estate agent finder service, as well as a bidding platform for real estate agents to submit quotes to customers, which customers can manage and shortlist from. The business model is essentially a referral service for local (i.e. within defined distance from customer's property) real estate agents, using customer requests raised through the website. Once local real estate agents are found through a linked business directory (e.g. Google Maps), they create an account profile and submit a quote. In addition, any existing local real estate agents already registered on our website will be recommended to the customer in a ranked order (ranking criteria TBC). Recommended local real estate agents will be notified and have the option of submitting a bid to a request for which they are recommended. Attached is a rough high level work flow of the concept. Apologies for this being rough, hopefully it is clear enough for you to get a good idea. The solution will need to be able to issue template communications at different stages of the process, and store these against each respective account/request. We are happy to improve the process flow and ideas if the successful developer feels that is appropriate. We are also happy to use existing plugins or "widgets" that already provide the required functionality. We'd like to arrange a Skype with the preferred web developer to discuss and progress toward a final quote. We require an initial quote to be able to shortlist and are happy to field any questions. We will also need to know specific examples of projects delivered for your other clients that may be relevant or similar. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE GENERIC CASE STUDIES.

We would recommend using a platform such as Wordpress to create the website as it would be easy for you to update the pages and relevant content. Following are a few questions. 1.
