Build a Website

I do have 2 small projects First - we need to provide a template for a pop up that appears when users visit our web sites and second we need to rationalise a page on one of our web applications. Is this soemthign you can do? If so see the breif below and the attached image Pop up 1. See the bottom section of the attached image titled CM pop up. This shows the user dashboard for one of our web based services and we need the pop up to appear here over the dashboard. The pop up will have a title and text and be clickable and be used to advertise various (changeble) events like seminars or additional services avaialble to them etc. 2. See the middle section of the image titled LM pre pop up - similalry with this we would like the pop up to appear here so we can advertise various things to the users that click though to this page Rationalise web page 3. See the top section of the attached image - we would like to rationalise this page - users are shown this page which has certain fixed information including a. the logo and name of lender (in this example it is the Nationwide Building Society) b. the change date detail and bold text underneath the lender logo c. the Policy Changes (this is the bit under the 3 coloured boxes) As you can see we are trying to squeeze in too many 'other' messages in seperate boxes into this page and consequently failing We need to rationalise the page and: a. amalgamate 3 of the boxes and build into the design of the page - the white box - what is being seen is a Free Sample (and the text beneath) with the green box (recent changes) and the yellow box (which lenders have changed) b. Finally we need to be able to have a message stand out - the subject of the blue box which advertises specific events - in this case FREE WEBINARS Hi - Pop up - no dynamic data - we do though need to be able to easily adjust the text in the pop up (as we will advertise different things at different time of the year) with the idea being that we can also maybe use it on other of our sites as well Webpage - the main content does pull in dynamic data - I am not sure you need to worry too much about that as this project is focussing ont he 3 colour boxes above wehre we are trying to advertise other 'things' to our users - it is too messy at the moment (too many messages in too many boxes) and therefore that needs to be rationalised - so 1. the messages in 3 of the boxes at the moment - white box, the green box and the yellow box can all be amalgamated into 1 one box (I know there will still be 3 messages but they are all quite similar and therefore could be one graphic element) - those messages are standard about the main service we offer 2. we need another box that allows to advertise 'special messages' from tiem to tiem - thsi si currently the blue box - we ned that to be designed itnot he page so that we can adjust it when we need to but it stands out as these are special events. website URL [login to view URL]*%7CEMAIL_UID%7C* this is for the rationalisation fo the messages - actually without my knowign they have messed around with te page a bit already and removed soem of th eboxes that were ont he image I sent you - but in any event I want to do as I proposed and My tech guys will alos give me a link to the other part of th eproject - pop up' as this at the moment you need a login and accoutn etc to access so thaey are sroting soemthign out for you to see it
