Build a Website to generate websites reports(worth, whois data etc..)

I need a website/tool to be develop -> Process: once visitor come to my website and they will asked to enter a website url in to a textbox, then click on the search button they can get following details for the site they entered. * generate websites details related to a website url entered by a visitor, it's google pagerank, alexa rank, domain age, meta tags, Generate preview of the current site, its keywords, IP, who is info. website worth and etc.. (FULL set of features required included. you don't need to program for all of that. also check the attached screen shots. ) you may use google api and any other FREE service. final results should be accurate Please tell how you going to develop this website and what features can be develop. Previous experience, lowest budget will be a great advantage. (there should be no 3rd party tools which cost me more or takes annual fees). similar site screen shot,expected results and features list attached. Please submit a proposal what can you develop. No need to much worry about UI Stuff I can develop it further my self. concern highly on codings and final results accuracy.
