Build A Website , which will Direct customers to different websites (shopping , travel , education etc)

A website with front end which looks alike attached images , Every retailers link takes the customer to all offers on the page related to that particular e-retailer , whereas when customer clicks on frond end images of concerned etailer - it takes the customer directly on the offer page capturing our referral code , also there would be atleast 15 categories , with flexibility of it's being expendable too (more categories could be added lateron) , Customer should be able to sort/ filter / find products (from different etailers) by searching for "Deals by products " , "deals by Brands" , "Deals by Retailer" and "Top Offers " Also , a strong but employee friendly " backend to be in place to help employees change the offers , update them with ease , without any complicated process ... In a every case customer has to be diverted to concerned retailer with our referral codes only and a tracking mechanism to be in place at backend . Would prefer Bootstrap experts to work on this ....we will provide an exhaustive list of websites / retailers in each categories / their logos should appear to be stretched or squeezed , Every category would be highlighted with different colors , LOGO's on front page to be round cornered , and an option with heading " More in this category " should direct the customer to a page with consolidated list ( link) of rest of the retailers in that particular category , Also a list of all types of categories with pic to placed on right sideto facilitate customers to move to concerned category without scrolling ....
