Build a Woocommerce plug-in that works with Woocommerce Subscriptions

Build plugin for Woocommerce, that works with Woocommerce subscription (variable subscription) Spec list:
1. My Account
Add a "Pause"-button to the My account Page. The pause button should trigger the posibillity the to automatically pause the subscription; Pausing "from date x to date y".
The date X should exclude the next 8 days from the current date.
The date "Y" has to be the same dates as we put into the adminpanel.
It should then trigger a change in "Next Payment" under Woocommerce subscription accordingly to the chosen restart date.
NB! The costumer should not be able to change anything whithin the range of 0-8 days before the next delievery.
2. Adminpanel
Add the posibillity to add dates that the customer could choose to restart their subscription. (To costumer should only be able to choose these dates when he/she chooses what date the pause should end).
You have to be familiar with this type of work. Its expected taht you have deep understanding of how to build plugins and of Woocommerce Subscription
