Build betting website scraping tool

Hi there, We need an efficient and rock-solid website scraping tool built which pulls all match and odds data at regular intervals from the following sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The data must be formatted and stored in a nice tree-like structure where we can log in and review the data online (example attached). The data must be stored in a database where it can be accessed as needed. There must be a separate live feed capture and upcoming feed capture. Live feed must scrape every 3-5 seconds and upcoming feed can update every 15mins. Script must be able to be stored on a linux web server.
