I am looking for someone to build a database driven website with similar functionality to [login to view URL] This is for a demonstration and will be limited to around 100 records that will be provided in a tab delimited file. There should be an adminstrator login that allows for entry of new users and changes to the database. User will logon with username/password then be able to search for items then click on the download link. If the item has been previously downloaded, then the dowload button will change to download again, so the user can tell that they have already downloaded that item. Additionally, there should be an option to display all items and and option to display items only in certain categories (genre). If the demo goes well, then there will be more work to create a more comprehensive site. In your bid, please detail the technology you will use for the database and frontend, previous examples of work you have done with database driven websites and any additional information that may help your bid. We will not accept bids that are automatically generated and as such you will need to quote "no auto" at the top of your proposal. Thanks for looking at my project.
