Build a freelancer project bid plugin to work with buddypress social site

Very simple. I have a buddypress site that is live , where users have created profiles and uploaded their work, photo e.t.c like freelancer. Like a directory. Now i want a plugin that will allow users to create a project and allow freelancers to bid, just like freelancer. No payment gateways needed. The project owner will simply go through the profiles and the best price , the award.
