I'm looking to create a non-commercial news aggregating website for a developing country which currently does not have a similar service in place. There are about 10 sources of stories on the subject on the internet that I would like to be regularly scraped (less about 100 total stories per day), with the highlights included in the webpage and links through to the original source. Most of the source sites don't have RSS feeds so they would need to be scraped with a special tool. Scraped content would remain in a database so that it could be access even as it regularly seeks out new content.
