Job Description:
Build a simple site that will allow to:
1. post pictures without registering an account (any visitor can post)
2. view pictures (posted pictures will appear on site in chronological order (thumbnails maybe)
3. sort pictures (filter will allow sorting of pictures by set parameters)
4. post and view comments by users
5. rate pictures and display ratings
