I need to have a website designed and created. The site will require users to sign up and have a messaging system. I would also like to have 2 sample logos created as part of the project.
I want a site that is easy to navigate and looks professional. It will be hosted on a linux server. I will share more detailed information with potential freelancers.
The general overview is completed, but there are details that I need to work with the programmer to figure out as well as get feedback. So i want a programmer who has some patience since some parts will be added as we move along. The mobile app(s) can be completed after the site is completed if this is easier.
Webpage is dynamic and should be viewed clearly on mobile phones as well (when viewed in web browser).

You can also let me know the price for website, ios, and android apps together as 1 package.
When finished, it must be uploaded to the respective app stores and web hosting site.
