For the purposes of a call center management we are looking for a person able to build: Asterisk PBX (on a CentOS VPS) - can be pure Asterisk or FreePBX/other type of mod and Vtiger CRM setup. The PBX must be able to: Accept incoming calls from DID virtual numbers and pass to operators (SIP clients of the PBX). Testing DIDs will be provided Support multiple SIP clients/operators connected for both Incoming and Outgoing calls Communicate with the Vtiger Installation (community edition) for prompting of incoming and outgoing calls (popups for incoming and direct dialing from the CRM for outgoing) Pass DID information to the Vtiger CRM as well as information about the DID (what kind of service it is assigned to) Have several methods of calling queues Accept Voicemails 2 VPS servers will be provided as well as whatever else is needed.
