CREATE A MULTI-SELECT WORDPRESS USER SELECTOR USING SELECT2

PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING I want a function to echo out a mutliselect list of wordpress users I emphasise "echo" out as I want to place this code in various posts or pages that I may choose Similar to the wordpress function <?php wp_dropdown_users( $args ); ?> works I want you to use the [login to view URL] library to do this see attached pic ALSO TO ASSIST YOU Please see attached wordpress plugin "WDS-Dynamic-Dropdowns-master" which was created by webdevstudios which is freely available WHY HAVE I PROVIDED THIS PLUGIN? I have done this to assist you in understanding what I want as it is almost ideal for me except for the fact that it does not allow multi-select of users. So hopefully it may only need a small modification to accomodate my needs. Here's hoping PLEASE NOTE: You need to develop this on your own wordpress system WHAT FORMAT DO I NEED IT IN? Ideally you could just modify the "WDS-Dynamic-Dropdowns-master" plugin and give me that If that's not possible then please provide a plugin which does something similar or allows me to simply use a shortcode to dsiplay it in a page or post Thank you
