Change website's theme and design

i want someone who could do and help me change my current website's design and create 4 total re-design of my existing website(I will be using the same files and database for all the designs.(different domains for each design done). It must be done almost identical to the reference sites which i will provide link(s) to. Almost 90% of the design and theme for my website must be the same as the reference site(s). so for each design, i will use one domain. Only the design and looks of the site must be changed to make it look like it's 4 different websites but in fact all 4 are the same , using the same files, database etc. It must also be responsive as it all ready is. BASICALLY I WILL GIVE U 4 WEBSITES SO U WILL HAVE TO COPY THEIR THEME AND APPLY IT TO MY WEBSITE.
